Privacy & project inquiries

Onshore Horizons LLC uses the contact details, property location and project information you provide to respond to estimate requests, arrange visits and manage your job. Area21 supports our website and marketing and has authorized access to lead and job records.

Website and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand website usage. Our site records campaign tags, advertising click identifiers, referring website domains and the first and latest known visit source. Source information is stored on your device for up to 90 days and attached to your inquiry. We do not include your name, email, phone number or project description in our custom Analytics events. Browser settings, blockers, cleared storage and untagged links can prevent attribution.

Forms and bookings

Inquiries are stored on Area21’s hosted infrastructure. Formspree processes email notifications. Google Calendar handles bookings made through our booking page. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies. An appointment or inquiry is not a commitment to hire us.

Contact records and optional marketing emails

We keep the contact details you submit with your inquiry, including your name, email, phone, project location, service interests and source information. Repeat inquiries may be grouped into a contact record. If you separately select the optional email checkbox, we record your choice, the disclosure version, submission time and form page so Onshore can send project tips, service updates and offers. Requesting a quote does not require opting in. This choice does not authorize marketing texts or automated calls.

To unsubscribe, use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or email zeke@onshorehorizons.com. We retain a suppression record to avoid adding an unsubscribed address back to marketing exports. We do not treat older inquiries without recorded consent as subscribers.

Your choices

You can contact us by telephone instead of using the form, clear your browser’s stored site data, and use your browser’s tracking controls. To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or stop follow-up contact, email zeke@onshorehorizons.com. We retain information while needed for project handling, business records and legitimate obligations; access is restricted to authorized operators.
